Rumor Has it!: 9.01 Savior |
 Still waiting for confirmation a rumor has been around about two roles being casted for the season 9th premiere. The season premiere is apparently entitled "Savior".
The roles being casted are:
[ALIA] A beautiful, sexy, femme fatale assassin (suggest 20s - early 30s), with mysteriously intimate ties to Clark and Krypton, she is an expert fighter, especially with a throwing star and sword. Actors must be physical. Martial arts background an asset...GUEST STAR, RECURRING ROLE (3)

Smallville Comic Con Schedule Announcment. |

 aintitcool.com posted an submitted report about Warner Bros. prepping a movie-length 'Smallville'-related project called 'Metropolis' which should be announced at Comic Con. Be careful, it could be just someone who wants to get fan's attention and it's just a rumor at the moment. We should know after Comic Con if this user just played with us.

General Zod Has Been Cast! |
 It was speculated that Sam Witwer would play General Zod after what we have heared from Faora in episode 8.08 'Bloodline' and the bts photo where Sam wear a beard. But it seems he didn't want to play General Zod. Now, Hollywoodreporter.com reports that ... - do you want to know who will play General Zod in the upcoming take a look above. TV Guide's Matt Mitovich revealed furthermore that Zod will show up in the season premiere which airs Friday, September 25th at 8pm and he will be a series regular.

Erica Durance at Comic Con |
 The first cast member of Smallville going to this year San Diego Comic Con might have been revealed. According to a reliable source Lois Lane herself Erica Durance will be attending to the Smallville panel representing the show.
No official confirmation yet from Comic Con and no word yet which other cast member will be joining Erica.
